Our focus is to apply direct force to the movement of the sport, which will immediately effect the explosion of real sport movement situations. Strength and conditioning and fitness training in general are misunderstood. It is not an end in itself. The training is just that, training. It is a means to an end. Having said that, all training should be directly applicable to the task at hand.
